Terms of Service
Terms of Service:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The client must credit my twitter (@Meiko_Tao) as the artist, or link one of my socials anytime my art is showcased. This also includes edits made with my art!
• I have the full rights to my artwork. This includes the right to post it on any of my socials and add it to my portfolio.
• Any commissions that have been fully confirmed with the agreed price will keep said price, regardless of any future changes and updates to pricing in the shop.
• Commission work is only for PERSONAL USE! If you need Commercial, please talk to seller (me)!
• The artist has the right to decline your commission without any explanation.
• You understand and comply with the information listed below. Changes to the ToS page may occur, so please make sure to check this page before applying for a commission. If a change in the ToS page occurs after an application is submitted, the applicant is grandfathered in to the previous version of the TOS page.Artist's and Client's rights:
• The artist has the right to stream or record your commission and upload it to platforms. If the client wants confidentiality, please inform the artist. You will be given a queue number. Once an agreed upon release date is reached, the artist is free to dissolve confidentiality.
• When posting on social media, please use the watermarked version to avoid AI & copyright.
• Do not claim, trace, edit, copy, repost, or remove the watermarks from any of the artists artwork.
• Using the artists artwork for any NFT or AI learning related reasons is strictly forbidden.
• After the sketch has been approved, the artist will proceed with finishing the commission. Any edit after the approval will be an extra fee, unless they are to fix something the artist missed from the agreementPayment:
• All prices are in USD
• Payments are upfront to begin the comm.
• Payments are made through Paypal/vgen only.
• The client must make sure to calculate the cost in their respective currency before commissioning me.
• This payment does not take currency exchange rate fluctuation into consideration. Clients must account for this on their own side. Payments must strictly result in the total USD amount requested regardless of how conversion rates have changed over time.
• You are 100% ready and able to pay for your commission upfront.
• The client is responsible for any type of transfer or international fee that may occur while sending money via paypal.
• I will not begin work on a clients commission until I receive the full payment.
• Chargebacks / Refunds are NOT accepted.
• If you want to have your commission done by a specific date, you can pay a rush fee of 25% of the commission price, depending on how soon it is. This means your commission will be the top priority.
• NDA (privacy) will have a +50% of total price charge.Process:
• Please do not rush me, I need time to complete the work.
• Once the commission has been taken, the customer's username will be added to the commission queue.
• The artist will contact the client right before beginning the commission. The client is welcome to ask for updates and the artist will be happy to reply as soon as possible.
• The client will receive a sketch for approval to continue the commissioned art. Further changes after sketch phase will be charged extra, so check everything carefully!
• Each commission takes a different amount of time to be delivered, so it's not possible to estimate in advance when a commission will be started or how long it will take to complete. Please check the commission queue for more info.How to Commission:

• Please provide a description/ image(s) of what you want your character to look like and what you are wanting.
• Please make sure you list As much detail or else it might not turn out exactly how you would of liked it. (this is very important!)
• Desired pose + Expressions (description or image if any).
• Once the commission has been finished, the artwork will be delivered through Discord with a .ZIP file with everything in it.
• Any questions can be asked in private dm's on either Discord or Twitter.
